Comment Letter

ICI Global provided feedback to the European Commission on its targeted consultation on the White Paper on Outbound Investment. ICI Global members manage more than €5 trillion in UC ITS; these UC ITS pursue a myriad of investment strategies, including strategies that contemplate investment in developing and emerging markets, technology companies, and other types of entities that may present an increased governmental security risk.
