Joint Comment Letter on Effect of Stay of Public Company Climate Rule on Fund and Adviser ESG Proposal

On April 8, 2024, the Investment Company Institute (ICI) and ICI Southwest submitted a supplemental joint comment letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the ESG Fund and Adviser Proposal in light of the recent adoption and subsequent stay of the Public Company Climate Rule. This letter is not meant to modify any of our other recommendations set forth in our prior letters on this proposal.
