Join ICI for a virtual discussion with former prime minister of Italy, Enrico Letta, on policies to strengthen Europe’s competitiveness through developing the EU’s capital markets and the future of the EU’s single market.
Mr. Letta will share findings from his “Report on the Future of the Single Market,” which was requested by the European Council and announced last autumn by the European Commission. This report comes at a time when EU policymakers are deeply concerned that their economy and markets are falling further behind the United States and China, with implications for Europe’s autonomy, economic prosperity and global influence.
