2021 Tax and Accounting Virtual Conference CPE Credit

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credit

Upon completion of the 2021 Tax and Accounting Conference, each participant will be eligible for CPE credit. The eligible number of CPE credits will be determined after the program is finalized.

ICI is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

Learning objectives: To provide comprehensive update on accounting, audit, tax, and regulatory developments affecting investment companies.

Program level: Basic

Delivery mode: Group, internet-based course

Prerequisites: No prerequisites or advance preparations are necessary for these programs.

Recommended fields of study: Accounting, taxes, and specialized knowledge

Attendance: NASBA recordkeeping standards require you to respond when prompted during each of the sessions through the conference. You may be prompted two to three times per session. Data collected by this process will be used by ICI to calculate your credit hours and will not be shared with any other organization for any purpose other than NASBA-required audits.

CPE credit is only available for attendees who watched the conference live. CPE certificates will be emailed after attendance has been verified for each session.
