Is there a deadline to register for the conference?
There is no deadline to register; however, it may take up to 15 minutes to get the link to access the event. It is recommended that you register at least one hour before the start of the event.

Is this conference open to the media?
This event is open to the media. Registration is available here. If you have any media questions, please contact Olivia Caverly at olivia.caverly@ici.org.

What are the technical requirements to be able to participate?
This conference will be hosted on the Zoom platform. It is recommended that you view on a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet. You will need a strong, reliable internet connection. If you are having issues opening Zoom, please turn off any VPN and close any additional browsers. Some company settings may block Zoom altogether. In this case, we recommend using a personal device to join Zoom.
You can also join a test meeting to familiarize yourself with Zoom.

When will I receive log-in instructions?
Upon registering, please click the add to calendar link in your confirmation email to download a calendar invite containing your log-in link. A reminder will be sent to you one day before the conference, and a second reminder will be sent one hour before the start of the event.

What time zones are the sessions?
Times on the program are listed in Hong Kong/China time zone (HKT).

Will sessions be available to watch after the conference?
Yes, recordings will be available on the ICI and ICI Global websites within one week of the event. Conference registrants will get an email when these recordings are available.
