In his presidential address at ICI’s Mutual Funds and Investment Management Conference on March 15, 2010, ICI's President and CEO Paul Schott Stevens said that while the SEC and the fund industry have made great progress in making money market funds more resilient under extreme conditions, the search for ways to strengthen them has not stopped.
