ICI Comment Letter to Federal Banking Agencies on Basel III Endgame Re-Proposal

The Investment Company Institute submitted a letter to the Federal Reserve System, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in response to their re-proposal, to amend the capital requirements applicable to certain banking organizations in order to implement the final components of the Basel III framework, commonly referred to as the Basel III endgame.
