ICI Comment Letter on the SEC Instituting Proceedings to Determine Rule Changes on Closed-End Funds
The Investment Company Institute submitted a letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the order instituting proceedings issued on October 4, 2024, to provide further information in support of the New York Stock Exchange’s proposed amendments to Section 302.00 of the NYSE Listed Company Manual that would exempt closed-end funds listed on the NYSE from holding an annual meeting.
