Trends in Closed-End Fund Offerings
This panel will explore the creative ways that sponsors (including new types of sponsors, such as private equity and buyout firms) are using closed-end funds to fulfill the needs of different investors. The panel also will review the various ways in which closed-end funds are raising capital after the initial public offering, such as at-the-market offerings and off-the-shelf offerings.
