*Members include all officers, partners, and employees of organizations that are currently members of the Institute. Associate members are limited to two conference registrations at the member rate.

A notice of confirmation will be emailed within five business days for online registrations and within 10 business days for registrations paid by check.
Cancellations received by October 3, 2013, are subject to a $150 administrative fee. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. After October 3, we regret that no registration fees can be refunded.

ICI has secured a conference rate of $289.00 plus tax for attendees. Please refer to the hotel information page for instructions on how to make reservations. Please make your reservation no later than September 25, 2013, to ensure that you receive the contracted conference rate. The use of the hotel block is intended for the use of registered conference attendees.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received 72 hours in advance of the scheduled arrival date to avoid penalty. Please retain your cancellation number.
Business dress is customary for all conference events.
CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (CPE):
CPE is pending.
CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (CLE):
The New York CLE credit application is pending. Because the credit requirements vary from state to state and are governed by different regulatory agencies, we suggest that you contact your governing body to learn if this program meets your individual requirements. ICI’s Financial Aid Policy
ICI will make full or partial scholarships available for Institute conferences to lawyers and law students experiencing financial hardships. Under this policy, financial hardship is defined as having an income of $35,000 or less. To apply for financial aid, please submit a completed registration form, along with a letter stating your interest in attending the specific program. Law students must include a copy of their current student ID card. All requests for financial aid must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the start of the conference. Once your materials are received, ICI will review them and inform you whether you have been approved for financial aid.
Members of the media may be present throughout the conference. Statements made during sessions and presentations, or in conversation, are considered “on the record” and may appear in the press. If you have any questions, please contact ICI’s conference personnel.
The Investment Company Institute assumes no liability for nonrefundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations, or additional costs incurred by registrants.
