To commemorate the 250th anniversary of the US Declaration of Independence, Jenny Johnson, 2026 Leadership Summit Chair, will engage in a fireside chat with Walter Isaacson at the April 30 luncheon. The pair will discuss Isaacson’s most recent best seller, The Greatest Sentence Ever Written. This book provides an analysis of one of history’s most powerful sentences: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.” Summit attendees will receive a free copy of the book.
