Emerging Leaders Sponsored by ICI Southwest
The Emerging Leaders program is designed to give the next generation of asset management professionals additional opportunities to engage with ICI’s programming at a heavily discounted rate. In addition to discounted registration, Emerging Leaders will have access to unique networking opportunities at the conference.
Emerging Leaders Eligibility
- Under 35 years of age OR fewer than 10 years of industry experience
- Attended the ICI Innovate Conference fewer than three (3) times
- Employed by an ICI Member Company OR employed at an industry partner (e.g., law firms, accounting firms, consultancies)
NOTE: Industry partners are limited to 2 (two) participants per organization per conference.

Emerging Leaders Meet and Greet Workshop
This informal workshop will bring together Emerging Leader participants to network and prepare for the days ahead.

Networking Reception Sponsored by BetaNXT
As part of the welcome reception, there will be a designated area for Emerging Leaders to gather with their peers and industry leaders.
Wednesday, February 4
1:20–2:15 p.m.
How to Engage and Retain Gen Z (Concurrent Session)

2:15–2:55 p.m.
Networking Break
Join a mix of Emerging Leaders and established professionals in a lighthearted session to help refocus for the remainder of the day.
