Emerging Leaders Eligibility
- Under 35 years of age OR fewer than 10 years of industry experience
- Employed by an ICI Member Company OR an industry partner (e.g., law firms, accounting firms, consultancies)
NOTE: Industry partners are limited to 2 (two) participants per organization per conference.

Join peers for a casual meet and greet during the welcome reception. This dedicated space offers an early chance to connect as the event kicks off.

Facilitated Networking
During the morning’s first networking break, catch up with your peers in a facilitated conversation focusing on key workplace issues.
3:30–5:30 p.m.
CBOE Bell Reception
Gather throughout the reception in a reserved space that serves as a hub for conversation and connection.

Join peers at a designated table during the final break—a casual space to reconnect and wrap up conversations from the conference.
