ICI Comment Letter on the SEC's Filer Status Proposal

The Investment Company Institute submitted a comment letter on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s proposal titled Enhancement of Emerging Growth Company Accommodations and Simplification of Filer Status for Reporting Companies. If adopted, the proposal would simplify the filer status categories for Exchange including business development companies and extend the availability of certain scaled disclosures and reporting accommodations to many more public companies.
