ICI Comment Letter on the Extension of IA AML Program Rule

The Investment Company Institute has submitted a comment letter reiterating its support for an extension of the Rule’s effective date. The letter, also requests that FinCEN clarify certain aspects of the rule to eliminate duplicative burdens on investment advisers and other financial institutions.
