IDC Task Forces

As part of its continuing effort to provide practical guidance to mutual fund directors, the IDC, from time to time, forms task forces composed entirely of independent directors to focus on current issues of particular interest to independent directors. To date, IDC task forces have published papers on issues such as the independent chair requirement, board evaluations, the oversight of multiple funds, and fund mergers.
