2013: FSOC Recommendations
Established by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) is an interagency body created with the mission of identifying and responding to risks to U.S. financial stability.
In November 2012, the FSOC recommended that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) proceed with money market fund reform, offering a set of recommended proposals for comment. This page presents resources relating to this FSOC action.
