Conference Call for Fund Directors: Board Oversight of Subadvisers

The Independent Directors Council (IDC) will host a conference call to offer the independent director community an opportunity to discuss board oversight of subadvisers. • Industry trends in the use of subadvisers
• Considerations that may be relevant in retaining a subadviser
• Topics directors may wish to address when a subadviser is integrated into a fund’s business practices and processes
• Ongoing matters directors may wish to consider when overseeing subadvisory relationships
