T. Rowe Price’s Robert Higginbotham
Named ICI Global Steering Committee Chairman

London, 29 January 2013 - ICI Global announced today that Robert Higginbotham, Head of Global Investment Services at T. Rowe Price, will chair the ICI Global steering committee.

“I am honored to take up the role as chairman of the steering committee, which develops ICI Global’s agenda and policy focus,” Higginbotham said. “ICI Global is enjoying exceptional momentum and global growth. The year ahead holds great potential for the organisation to address significant issues of the day for our members and their investors.”

As Head of Global Investment Services at T. Rowe Price, Higginbotham is responsible for institutional distribution globally, as well as distribution via financial intermediaries in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific. Before joining the firm, he was CEO for EMEA and Latin America at Fidelity Worldwide Investment. Prior to that, Higginbotham served in a variety of leadership roles at Schroder Investment Management.  

Higginbotham succeeds Jamie Broderick, current CEO for wealth management, UK and Jersey, for UBS.
