Hotel Reservation Information
- Attendees may make reservations at the W New York Downtown at the special conference rate of $369.00 (plus tax) based upon availability.
- The hotel will accept reservations based on availability after the cutoff date of November 2, but the conference rate may no longer be available. To make a reservation, please call 866-961-2860. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
- You will receive an acknowledgment of your hotel reservation via email.
- Reservations must be made by November 2, 2012.

- Reservations at the W New York Downtown can be made by calling 866-961-2860.
- Once you have made your hotel reservation, a confirmation number will be sent to you. Please keep this confirmation number for your records. You will also need it in order to modify or cancel your existing reservation.
TO MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
- If you have an existing reservation and you need to modify or cancel it, you may do so by calling 866-961-2860. You will need your hotel confirmation number to modify or cancel your reservation.
- All modifications and cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival date.
Please note that all cancellations and modifications to your reservation must be made 72 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date.
