Hotel rooms are for the exclusive use of registered conference attendees only.  In order to book a room at the JW Marriott Desert Springs, you must first be registered for the conference.  Due to the high demand for hotel rooms for this conference, reservations are limited to one room per registrant. 

Once you have made your hotel reservations online, a confirmation number will be sent to you. Please keep this confirmation number for your records. You will also need it in order to modify or cancel your existing reservations.  All modifications and cancellations must be done online.  Should you need a copy of your acknowledgement number, please email ICI’s Conference Division at housing@ici.org.   Due to high business volume during this time, please allow up to one business day for a response.  You will need to provide both the first and last name of the registrant in order to receive your acknowledgment number.
