At the conference, attendees will receive a binder of session materials that will include speaker information and copies of all slide presentations. Conference attendees will have online access to all conference materials, including slides and supplemental session materials. These materials will be available to view and to download about one week before the conference dates.
You may register online or you may complete the registration form and return it to the Institute with a check or money order. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrations will not be accepted by phone.

Online registration is available. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and will not be accepted by phone. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations received by September 13, 2013, are subject to a $150 administrative fee. We regret that no registration fees can be refunded after that date.

HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION
- Registrants may make reservations at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country at the special conference rate of $275 single/double plus taxes and resort fees, based on availability.
- All reservations, cancellations, and modifications to existing reservations must be made online in order to receive the conference rate. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country will NOT accept reservations over the telephone for hotel rooms at the special conference rates.
- Hotel rooms at the special conference rates are for the exclusive use of conference attendees. You must be registered for the conference in order to receive this room rate.
- Once you have made your hotel reservations online, a confirmation number will be sent to you. Please keep this confirmation number for your records. You will also need it in order to modify or cancel your existing reservation.
- Reservations must be made by August 21, 2013, to receive the special conference rate.

HOTEL MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Modify/Cancel Hotel Reservation
- You will need your hotel confirmation number to modify or cancel your reservation.
- All modifications and cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival date.
Modifications or cancellations to existing registrations may be made online.
CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (CPE) CREDIT
Upon completion of the 2013 Tax and Accounting Conference, each participant will be eligible for approximately 14.5 hours of CPE credit.
The Investment Company Institute (ICI) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.

No prerequisites or advance preparations are necessary for this conference.
Attendance: Due to NASBA recordkeeping requirements, your conference badge will be scanned automatically when you enter and exit conference sessions. Data collected by this process is used by ICI and will not be shared with any other organization for any purpose other than NASBA-required audits. Continuing Professional Education certificates will be available at the conference registration desk on Tuesday, September 24 and Wednesday, September 25.
