General Information

CONFERENCE MATERIALS

At the conference, attendees will receive a binder of session materials that will include speaker information and copies of all slide presentations. Conference attendees also will have advance online access to all conference materials, including slides and supplemental session materials. These materials will be available to view and to download beginning one week before the conference.

A complete electronic version of all conference materials will be offered on a USB drive, which will be provided when attendees check in at the conference registration desk.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration will open on June 4. Starting then, you may register online or you may complete a hard-copy registration form and return it to the Institute with a check or money order. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrations will not be accepted by phone.

REGISTRATION FEES:

*Associate members are limited to two conference registrations at the member rate.

A block of rooms will be available at the conference rate of $275. The hotel block will open at the same time as conference registration and will need to be booked online to receive the special conference rate. 

CONFERENCE DRESS

Business casual dress is customary.

CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (CPE) CREDIT

More information about CPE will be available closer to the time of the conference.

MEDIA

Registration for this program is open to members of the media.

MISCELLANEOUS
