Industry Training and Continuing Education

Due to declining member demand, ICI’s online training courses will no longer accept new enrollments after July 20, 2012. Current enrollees will have until December 31, 2012, to complete their course(s) at www.icilearning.org.

Although ICI’s online training courses will no longer be available after December 31, 2012, much of the subject matter of these courses is covered in ICI memoranda, white papers, investor education materials, online resource centers, and the Investment Company Fact Book. ICI members may access these materials at any time via ICI’s website, www.ici.org.

ICI also will continue to offer a very full range of conferences, workshops, and webinars on fund industry legal, operations, tax, accounting, and business issues.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

Many ICI conferences, workshops, and webinars offer CLE credit to attorney attendees. In addition, certified public accountants may receive CPE credit by attending many of ICI’s conferences, workshops, webinars, and committee meetings.

The registration materials for ICI events that offer CLE and CPE include specific information about the number of credit hours offered and all related requirements. Registration materials are posted on the individual event page or on the relevant committee page of ICI’s website, www.ici.org.
